If you are looking for a place to find a wide range of furniture with plenty of options, then Sprintz Furniture is a place to consider. It has been in business for a long time and has earned many customers. The furniture range suits the mid to high level budgets. They claim to provide the best salesmanship. They have a wide range of interesting designer products and accessories from various parts of the globe.

 

When the prices are on the higher side, one expects the products to reflect higher quality. However many customers of Sprintz Furniture have had terrible experiences. One customer bought an expensive sectional sofa set for $3500. The mere reputation of the store had pushed the customer to make this choice. Once the payment was done, the delivery was supposed to be done in 6 weeks time. Soon after, the customer got a mail saying that she had to wait a further 4 weeks for the delivery. Even after the lapse of 4 weeks, there was no sign of her delivery or any intimation from the store. When the irate lady called up the store, she was promised delivery in the next week and some unsatisfactory excuses were given for the delay. She was even promised a discount for the inconvenience caused. Again when there was no sign of delivery the beleaguered customer made a visit to the store manager with the list of calls she had made and the invoice. To her horror she discovered that her sofa was not even being made yet. The sofa finally arrived after 4 months and with a delivery fee of $90. There was no talk about the discount promised. This is one example of terrible after sales service on the part of Sprintz. Another customer had purchased a furniture suite from them. The salesperson spoke highly of the quality and uniqueness of the product. Delivery was again delayed by a month and no explanation provided for the delay. The product arrived in a damaged condition. The customer had to bear the repair cost. The worst part of the entire purchase was that the customer found that the same product was available at another store for a much lesser price; so much for their honesty. Though there are plenty of collections to choose from, Sprintz really needs to better their salesmanship if they do not want their customers to dwindle.
